Scrunch it near him and let him grab. Let him crush it, wave it, drop it. Describe the sound — crunchy, loud, soft — as it happens.

    Scrunch it close by and let them grab.

  3. a scrunched wad of paper and a smaller one tossed aside

Baking paper, tissue paper, or a clean crinkly wrapper.
